If you require your replacement discs or holder urgently, CDC operate a ‘Red Ball’ program which allows us to take your order to the top of the queue. There is an associated surcharge but this service means we can deliver a disc to a UK customer within 72 hours of order placement.
All CDC discs and holders come with a unique Manufacturing Number which identifies the specification of the component. This number will be between 6 and 8 digits long and may end with a letter, for instance MFG 8134455A. If you can provide this reference it will enable us to replicate the item quickly and accurately.
In the absence of a manufacturing number, we will ask you to provide as much of the following information as possible;
- Original purchase order number and date
- Tag number and site information
- Burst pressure, size, temperature rating and material
If you are unable to provide this information we may ask you to provide photos of the component in question. Alternatively, we will be happy to visit site in order to identify the parts for you.
