Undo these hoses with 12mm spanner and a 6mm spanner to push down the tab on the Venturi to undo tha hose vidoe for the Venturi  disconnection is below. it might be easier to remove the Venturi hose once the tray securing bolts has been removed and the tray becomes loose.

Undo the mfc0, mfc1, SV4 and SV6 plugs, only on the TOP TRY, using a small flat head screwdriver or a Phillips head screwdriver for the solenoid valve plugs, and fully unplug them.

Remove these two screws from both sides to remove the top tray, then pull the tray out and set it somewhere secure. Ensure not to damage or bend the hoses that protrude from the bottom of the tray from solenoid valve 4 otherwise these will need replacing, so it’s best to rest the tray with a slight overhang where these hoses stick out

The securing fittings for the mass flow controller will be located on the underside of the tray on  your bench, so  you will need to use a 3mm hex bit to undo these from the bottom to detach the MFC1 from the tray

Fitting the new mass flow controller in and securing them.
