A little About Us…

Assentech Limited was founded in 2009 by Managing Director Ewart Cox. Having found himself disillusioned and disappointed by the performance of some of the industry’s biggest providers, Ewart decided to start a company whose focus was on customers and products, not KPI’s and spreadsheets.

What started from a home office at the start of 2009, has since grown by 55% year on year and is fast becoming one of the leading providers of specialist equipment to tank storage and process industries in the UK.

Now based from purpose built offices and workshop facilities in Cornwall, Assentech Limited work with a broad range of end users, specialist consultancies and contractors – including an array of household names from the fuel, pharma and food and beverage sectors.

Ewart believes that Assentech Limited’s success is down to being open and honest with customers and focusing on the long term success of relationships – be it with customers, suppliers or his own staff. As Assentech Limited continue to grow, Ewart shares his technical knowledge freely and insists that his colleagues work to the same high standards of technical integrity, honesty and hard work.

As Assentech Limited approach their 6th year of business, Ewart believes he has built an excellent team around him, all with similar focus on providing the finest support to both customers and suppliers.

At Assentech Limited our core values are simple but effective…………

icon2   …….We only send you specialists

There are enough shiny suits on the road already so we would rather you are visited by someone with the technical background and product knowledge required to discuss your needs – it makes more sense for everyone, especially when safety is at stake. We like all of our staff to get their hands dirty because it’s the best way to get to gain an understanding of our products and of our customers requirements.

icon2   …….We won’t try and sell you something you don’t need

There is no place for ‘floggit and leggit’ at Assentech Limited and we aim to support our customer in the short term, medium term and long term. Our reputation means the world to us so building long-term working relationships and supplying the safest solution are our priorities, not making a quick buck.

icon2   …….We stick to what we know

We know our subject matter well and will let you know if something is beyond the realms of our expertise. The industries we work in are safety critical and no place for flying by the seat of your pants. If we don’t have the knowledge or products, we usually know of a reputable supplier who does and we will be happy to point you in their direction.
